In our Lower School Upper Elementary Program at Lake Creek Academy, we bridge the gap between foundational learning and middle school readiness. Our 4th and 5th-grade classroom is led by a 30-year HISD veteran and multi-year Teacher of the Year award recipient.

Their teacher brings a master-level understanding of curriculum and instruction to Lake Creek, ensuring our students achieve academic excellence without the stress of high-stakes testing. In this environment, we move beyond memorization to focus on critical thinking and independent problem-solving. Our students engage in a diverse curriculum—including Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies—while also exploring practical life skills through our beginner Home Economics classes.
